The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the respondent No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner, who is getting regular threats from the respondent No.4 to 6 to execute an agreement/compromise deed (Annexure P-1) which has forcibly got signed by the respondents No.4 to 6 from the petitioner in Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar. Further prayer has been made to hold a proper and fair investigation in the case and to consider the representation dated 15.09.2018 (Anneuxure P-2) within a stipulated time period.
