RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3 for taking action on application dated 26.08.2021, Annexure P-1, filed against respondents no.4 and 5 by keeping in view the legal opinion, dated 29.09.2021 of District Attorney (Legal) Jalandhar and report dated 24.09.2021 of Superintendent of Police Jalandhar (Rural), dated 24.09.2021.
It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his complaint/representation, dated 28.06.2021 (wrongly mentioned in the prayer clause as 26.08.2021), Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is MEENU 2023.05.16 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
