Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 06.07.2023. On instructions from ASI Yogesh Kumar, learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
