(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.68 dated 11.06.2022 registered under Sections 22(C), 15(b), 18(b) of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances act, 1985 (Sections 29, 61 & 85 of NDPS Act, 1985 added later on vide DDR No.51 dated 13.06.2022) at Police Station Sadar Kotkapura District Faridkot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage.
