Mr. H.S. Grewal, Addl.A.G. Punjab *** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.94 dated 17.11.2019, under Section 22 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Nurmahal, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar.

At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mohinder Singh has informed that in compliance of order dated 24.07.2020, the petitioner appeared before the trial Court on 22.10.2020 and he has been granted anticipatory bail. The order dated 22.10.2020 has been placed on record and the same is taken on record as Annexure A-1. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
