RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representation, dated 09.04.2021, Annexure P1. Notice of motion.

Mr.M.S.Nagra, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if representation filed by the petitioner, dated 09.04.2021, Annexure P-1, is decided by respondent Nos.2 and 3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation, dated 09.04.2021, Annexure P-1, and decide the same in accordance with law.
