***** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr. P.C. is for issuance of necessary orders or directions to official respondents to take immediate criminal action against the respondent No.7 for which the complaint bearing UID No.147690 (Annexure P-3) dated 21.07.2023 moved by the petitioner against respondent No.7 which was filed to office being false on the basis of one vague enquiry dated 26.06.2023 (Annexure P-4) conducted by the SHO Talwandi Sabo District Bathinda i.e. respondent No.6 by taking the thumb impression of illiterate persons without disclosing them that what is written on the paper on which they affixing their thumb impression and signatures which was approved by the DSP, P.Β.Ι. Crime against Women & Children, Bathinda without hearing and considering the evidence produced by the petitioner due to the reason best known to them.
