******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that in FIR No. 491 dated 04.09.2017, registered at Police Station City Palwal, the police has submitted the cancellation report in Court on 31.01.2019, where the complainant is not appearing and the case before the Court is now fixed for 14.11.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to petitioner to appear before the Court concerned and to avail other legal remedies available to him under the law and also to file fresh petition, if so required.
