No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners but it is pertinent to observe here that it has transpired that in few petitions, pending before this court, investigation in Haryana has been transferred to two independent agencies and investigation against owners of Prachi Gas Agency has been initiated in different districts. In view of no apparent irregularities in the investigation having been reflected in the petition, this petition is dismissed at this stage without prejudice to the right of the petitioners.
