***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Civil revision herein is, inter alia, seeking setting aside of impugned order dated 28.03.2025 (Annexure P-11) passed by learned Appellate Authority in RA-04-2019/RA-63-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present civil revision, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present civil revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
