M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Petitioner seeks concession of pre-arrest bail in a case registered at the instance of Rajesh Kumar alleging that his daughter Sonam had been kidnapped by the petitioner. To the contrary, claim of the petitioner is that Sonam has married the petitioner and she has been residing voluntarily with him.

State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Krishan Kumar, informs that on the basis of investigation, cancellation report has been presented in the Court of Illaqua Magistrate. In view of said circumstance, this petition is allowed. Interim order dated 29.11.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
