(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of directions to respondent no.4 not to harass the petitioner and her children at the behest of respondents no.5 to 7. Respondents no.5 to 7 are father, cousin and brother, respectively, of the petitioner. Reply by way of affidavit of Lakhwinder Singh, PPS, DSP, Baba Bakala Sahib, District Amritsar, on behalf of respondents no.1, 2 and 4 has already been filed in the case, the preliminary submissions of which read as under:- "That the petitioner has concealed the facts that the petitioner was already married to Jagjit Singh s/o Karnail Singh R/o Shahpur, Distt. Gurdaspur for the last 9 years and having two children one son Inderjit Singh aged about 6 years and ASHWANI KUMAR 2020.02.11 10:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-41631 of 2016 -2Simran Kaur, daughter, aged about 8 years. The petitioner had eloped with a "Tantrik" Harwinder Singh @ Lali of Baba Peer Kedar Shah, Village Talwaldi Dogran, accompanied by her son Inderjit Singh aged about 6 years. Missing report regarding petitioner and her son is recorded in Police Station Kilchian Distt. Amritsar (Rural) in daily diary register vide Rapat No.16 dated 01.11.2016 to this effect. Petitioner along with "Tantrik" Harwinder Singh @ Lalli are wanted by police and they do not deserve any protection. Petition deserve to be dismissed."

State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kulwant Singh, submits that DDR about missing of the petitioner has been recorded at the behest of respondent no.5, who is father of the petitioner. In view of the fact that the petitioner along with "Tantrik" Harwinder Singh @ Lali is wanted by the police, it seems that the petitioner has filed this petition in order to create defence. No one is present on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last few dates, nobody is appearing for the petitioner. In view of the reply submitted by the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
