(ORAL) Instant second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Jaswant Kaur @ Jassi in case FIR No.156 dated 05.07.2017 under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral (Traffic) Prevention Act registered at Police Station Shimlapuri, District Ludhiana, has been filed on the 18th day of the rejection of her earlier bail application by changing the counsel, which amounts to the gross abuse of process of law.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with costs of ` 10,000/- to be deposited with the Secretary, State Legal Services Authority, Punjab. Copy of the order be sent to Secretary, Legal Services Authority, Punjab, for compliance.
