Notice of motion was issued and pursuant thereto, replies by way of affidavits have been filed.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Dilbagh Singh, ASI, submits that allegations levelled by the petitioner were enquired into by conducting an effective enquiry, but the allegations could not be found substantiated. Accordingly, the petitioner was advised to file his criminal complaint before the learned court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired.
