Parties are present in Court. Learned counsel for the parties, on instructions from their respective parties, are ad idem that the petitioner would be permitted to retain the premises till 30.04.2025 and that from 15.10.2024 till he hands over the peaceful vacant possession of the demised premises the petitioner would pay an amount of Rs.8000/- per month towards use and occupation charges to the respondent-landlord(s). The said amount would be paid by the 7th of every month to the respondentlandlord(s). Statements of the parties to this effect have been recorded separately.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that rent @ Rs.700/- per month stands paid upto December 2024 and the amount shall be adjusted towards the amount payable for the use and occupation of the demised premises.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is allowed to the extent that the petitioner shall hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent-landlord(s) on or before 01.05.2025. The petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.8000/- per month by the 7th of every month towards use and occupation of the demised premises from 15.10.2024 till he hands over the vacant possession thereof. Any amount paid towards rent shall be adjusted against the amount payable towards use and occupation of the demised premises. The petitioner shall file an undertaking to this effect before the Rent Controller within a period of 15 days from today, failing which the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
