, -./ The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 23.03.2026 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nabha in case titled as "Krishan Kumar Narinder Kumar M/s Panna Lad Mangat Ram" etc. bearing NI Act case No. COMA-174-2023 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the petitioner herein had filed two petitions, the other bearing CRM-M19549-2026 which was listed before a coordinate Bench at Serial No. 148. Counsel fairly submits that the said petition has already been dismissed. The present petition is accordingly dismissed in terms of the order of even date passed in CRM-M-19549-2026.
