Prayer in this petition is for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for not complying the order dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 6495 of 2024 titled as "Parminder Kaur versus State of Punjab and others". 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioner has been accepted and revised pension pay order (Annexure R-1) has also been issued in favour of the petitioner. In this regard learned counsel for the respondent filed a compliance report dated 18.05.2025 by way of filing an affidavit of Sh. Learned counsel for the petitioner has appeared through video conferencing. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a copy of the compliance report shall be supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in the present contempt petition and the same may be disposed of.
