This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 13.06.2013, 19.07.2016 and 27.08.2018 (Annexures P-2, P-3 and P-4 respectively).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
