Instant petition has been filed u/s 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of extension of interim regular bail, which in fact, was granted vide order dated 12.03.2025, for the period 13.03.2025 to 11.04.2025. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that, in compliance to the direction passed by this Court, petitioner has surrendered back before the Jail Authorities on 11.04.2025, and therefore, the present petition can be disposed of, the same being rendered infructuous. 3.

Counsel also points out that, in the future, the petitioner may require medical intervention on account of persistent health problems; therefore, liberty be granted to him to move a separate application for the said purpose, if necessity arises.

The petition stands disposed of, as having been rendered JAWALA RAM 2025.04.22 17:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

However, on the second prayer made by the petitioner's counsel, it is observed that whenever there is a fresh cause of action, disposal of the present petition would not be considered as a bar to fresh petition/application.
