This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 30 days in filing the review application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The delay of 30 days in filing the present review application is condoned. RA-CR-103-2020 3.

This is an application for review of the order dated 15.01.2020 passed in the main revision petition (CR No.243 of 2020). 4.

Learned counsel for the review-applicant/respondent has very fairly stated that this Court vide order dated 08.04.2021 passed in CR No.3730 of 2019 and other connected cases has held that the amount is to be released as per the shares of the claimants immediately.
