  Through the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 15 dated 16.02.2021, registered under Sections 302, 307, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station City Banga, District SBS Nagar. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at length and have also gone through the paper-book.

As per the order dated 05.05.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, SBS Nagar, when the presence of the petitioner could not be procured through non-bailable warrants, proclamation under Section 82 Cr.P.C was issued against him and ultimately, he was declared as a proclaimed offender vide order dated 25.03.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, SBS Nagar.
