In view of the compromise, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks disposal of this petition as per terms of the settlement. The settlement/agreement taken on file as Annexure C-1 and this petition is disposed of as per terms of the settlement. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to move the application before the Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, as and when they apprehend threat to their lives and liberty. On their filing such application, further action in accordance with law shall be taken by the police authorities.
