(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for the quashing of the impugned orders dated 15.02.2025 (Annexure P-10) and 15.02.2025 (Annexure P-11), passed in CRM No. 83 of 2023 by the learned Family Court, Barnala and further, the dismissal of the applications dated 22.02.2023 (Annexure P-8) and 18.02.2023 (Annexure P-9) be set aside. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to pay an amount of Rs.50,000/ to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days and prays that the present petition be disposed of with a direction to the learned Family Court to decide the application moved by the petitioner under Section 127 Cr.P.C. which is pending before it. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that he would have no objection in case the present petition is disposed of in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner hereinabove to which learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection, this petition is disposed of with a direction that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, subject to the payment of Rs.50,000/- by the petitioner to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days. Further, the learned Principal Judge, (Family Court) Barnala, is encouraged to decide the application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. (Annexure P-7) pending before it expeditiously, preferably within a period of 15 days.
