(Presence marked through Video Conference) -.- ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 23.06.2021 (Annexure P-1) vide which petitioner has been transferred from Charkhi Dadri to Rewari. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was transferred from Panchkula to Charkhi Dadri vide order dated 19.12.2019 and he joined at Charkhi Dadri on 26.12.2019. Though he is still complete his tenure of three years at present place of posting, yet he has again been transferred from Charkhi Dadri to Rewari vide order dated 23.06.2021. He submits that the impugned transfer order is in violation of the transfer policy of the Department dated 11.10.2010. It has been mentioned in the policy that the normal tenure of the employee at one place would be three years. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.

Transfer being matter of administrative exigencies, this Court generally interferes, if at all, very cautiously. Transfer is not a punishment but an essential aspect of service, particularly, on a transferable post. 5.

The impugned order dated 23.06.2021 (Annexure P-1) does not call for any interference from this Court in exercise of its extraordinary writ jurisdiction vested under Article 226 of Constitution of India. 6.

Dismissed.
