Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of complaint COMI No.79 of 2017 dated 02.03.2017, registered under Section 420 of IPC at Police Station Ranjit Avenue, District Amritsar, all consequential proceeding arising therefrom and order dated 22.03.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar, whereby the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed offender. 2.

Learned counsel on instructions has informed that no FIR under Section 174-A of IPC has been registered in pursuance of order dated 22.03.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, whereby the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender.
