By way of present petition filed under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, prayer has been made for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent on account of alleged willful non-compliance of order dated 01.12.2020 passed by this Court in CRWP9923- 2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner stands considered and disposed of by Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala vide order dated 04.02.2024 and nothing survives in the present petition.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
