Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of the private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 20.10.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.4Station House Officer, Police Station Sadar, Fazilka, but the same remained unattended till now.
Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, is directed to look into the representation dated 20.10.2017 (Annexure P3) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
