(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C.) is for issuance of directions to the officials respondents, especially respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2026 vide which the petitioner has made a request to release his Arms licence which was taken into custody in FIR No.257 dated 09.07.2020 under Section 336 IPC (Section 125 of BNS, 2023) and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran.
