(Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a complaint case No.55 of 2010 dated 23.04.2010 registered under Sections 420, 506, 340 IPC, 3(iii), 4 & 5 of Scheduled Case & Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. The petitioner has been summoned to face trial for commission of offence punishable under Section 3(x) of Scheduled Case & Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 506 IPC vide summoning order dated 21.09.2015 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtak.

According to report dated 14.12.2016 received from the court below, trial is in progress. Six witnesses have already been examined. One witness remains to be examined. Trial is proceeding at a normal pace. It appears, petitioner is appearing regularly. Order dated 11.12.2015, whereby interim bail was granted to the petitioner, is hereby made absolute.
