Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail, in case, FIR No.183, dated 15.09.2018, under Sections 61/1/14 of Punjab Excise Act, registered at Police Station Amritsar, District Amritsar.

Since the petition, i.e., CRM-M-18172-2026, filed by the petitioner for quashing of the order dated 05.02.2024 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar-whereby petitioner was declared a proclaimed person-has already been disposed of, vide order of even date, with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Court concerned and to be released on bail subject to the conditions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of, being not pressed, at this stage.
