(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 315 of 25.05.2015, under Sections 363/366/376/376-D/450/365/506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at P.S. Sadar, Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Ishwar Singh, has informed the Court that in compliance of order dated 02.12.2015, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail. He is now regularly appearing before the trial Court. Out of 17 witnesses, 16 have already been examined.
