 !"#  $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.286 dated 08.10.2014 registered at Police Station Sector 56, Gurgaon under Sections 420/406/4988A/506/34 IPC and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Vide a common order dated 10.12.2014 passed in three separate petitions, on the undertaking given by the parties to comply RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.08.06 11:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



   with the terms of MOU, bail was granted to the petitioners. Learned Counsel for both the sides submit that the parties have complied with the directions issued vide order dated 10.12.2014 and nothing survives except getting the matter quashed and they have no objection in allowing bail to the petitioners. In this view of the matter, being a pure matrimonial dispute which has been resolved, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 10.12.2014 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
