Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.07 dated 26.01.2018 under Sections 457, 511, 427 and 380 IPC, registered at Police Station Ahmedgarh, Distict Sangrur.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

In the present case, Rajinder Kumar, Bank Manager, has got registered the FIR that an attempt was made by the thieves to cut the ATM machine and to loot it or to commit theft of the cash with the help of gas cutter but they could not commit theft of the cash. The present petitioner has been nominated in this case.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstance of the present case, VINEET GULATI 2019.05.02 16:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh nature and gravity of the offence, I find that petitioner is required for

CRM No.M-19668 of 2019 -2custodial interrogation and no ground is made out for granting benefit of anticipatory bail to him.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
