In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, at Chandigarh Criminal Misc. No. M-40814 of 2017 Date of Decision: 01.11.2017 Rajesh Kumar ... Petitioner(s)

Versus

The State of Punjab and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.

Present:

Mr. J.K.Khetarpal, Advocate for the petitioner(s).

Shekher Dhawan, J.

Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 to take legal action against respondent No.6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner's Maruti Ritz Car bearing No. PB-10-ER-5469 was snatched by respondent No.6 and the police has not taken any action despite the complaints dated 5.10.2017 (Annexure P1) and dated 10.10.2017 (Annexure P2), respectively, having been made to the police and the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to look into the complaint dated 10.10.2017 (Annexure P2) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
