*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.134 dated 19.12.2017, under Sections 420 and 406 IPC registered at Police Station Punjab Khamanon, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 04.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed off accordingly.
