ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the instance of respondents No.5 to 8.

It is submitted that the petitioner has already given a representation (Annexure P2) to respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken, so far.

Counsel for the petitioner restricts his argument only to the extent that, at this stage, a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation (Annexure P2) of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation (Annexure P2) expeditiously, in accordance with law within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
