**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel upon instructions from ASI Dalwinder Singh states that out of 18 witnesses, 17 prosecution witness have been examined and the matter is now listed on 29.05.2019 for examination of remaining prosecution witnesses. He further states that every effort shall be made to expedite the trial. In view of the statement of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition at this stage but the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
