C.M.No.354-C-2018 & RSA No.520 of 2001 The application is for disposing of the appeal in terms of settlement dated 27.06.2013, which has been annexed with the application. The settlement deed is signed by both the parties. Affidavit of Ashok Kumar has also been attached. This application is supported by an affidavit of Charanjit Singh, the other party.
In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement deed, which has been annexed with the application as Annexure C-1. The deed of settlement shall form part of the decree. Application stands disposed of.
C.M.No.355-C-2018 Prayer in this application is for returning the original sale deed dated 22.08.1986, Ex.P1, on the record.
