Learned State counsel submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the services of the petitioners have been regularized. 2.

Though, learned counsel for the petitioners admits this fact but makes a reference to order dated 08.12.2017, whereby the services of certain other employees were regularized w.e.f. 01.01.1996 after completion of 2 years service and prays that his case be considered in view of it. 3.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to decide the claim of the petitioners taking note of the aforesaid order, within 6 months, in accordance with law.
