(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 29.03.2014 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, declaring the petitioners as proclaimed offenders in case FIR No. 12 dated 04.09.2012 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Statin NRI Commissionerate, Jalandhar.
Learned counsel inter alia contends that the petitioners are coming to India within this month and would move their application for bail before the trial Court.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting upon the merits, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Illaqa Magistrate/Duty Magistrate/Competent Court, to decide the bail application of the petitioners, within two days.
