This case pertains to the year 2001. On the last date of hearing, since no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellants as well as their counsel for the date fixed.

As per office report, appellant No.1 was duly served, whereas, appellant No.2 could not be served for want of complete address. 3.

Despite service, there is no representation on behalf of appellant No.1. It seems that the appellants are no more interested in pursuing the matter. Therefore, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
