******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.450 dated 04.11.2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 452, 506, 427 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short-IPC) and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989, at Police Station Tauru, District Mewat.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and have been allowed interim bail under order dated 08.02.2017.

The other accused, who are facing trial in this case, are already on bail. Keeping in view the above facts but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and the order dated 08.02.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date.
