(Oral) The allegations against the petitioner in this regular bail application are that on 8.4.2014 he was found in possession of two bags of poppy husk weighing 60 kgs, a commercial quantity. The contention of counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 8.4.2014 and the trial is going at snails pace has been opposed by learned State counsel by submitting that the trial is at the fag end and is fixed for defence and arguments. Thus, having no merit, the bail petition is dismissed.
