RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.44 dated 15.06.2022, under Section 15, 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Khanauri, District Sangrur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition and hence the same may be dismissed as such. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
