Main case Learned State counsel submits that a cancellation report has already been submitted in this case. Petitioner has preferred a protest petition therein. According to him, present petition has, thus, been rendered infructuous. This court finds substance in the plea. In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
In case any grouse subsists the parties shall be at liberty to file application for revival of this petition.
