Present application (CRM No. 11217 of 2018) has been moved for placing on record reply on behalf of respondent no. 2. Application is allowed as prayed for. Reply alongwith annexures R-2/1 & R-2/2 are taken on record.

Main case Learned State counsel submits that a cancellation report has already been submitted in this case. Petitioner has preferred a protest petition therein. According to him, present petition has, thus, been rendered infructuous. This court finds substance in the plea. In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

In case any grouse subsists the parties shall be at liberty to file application for revival of this petition.
