Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to respond to the aforesaid letter dated 21.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) and thereafter avail appropriate legal remedies, if the need so arises.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
