(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have amicably resolved their issues and have entered into a compromise and that the petitioner shall shortly be filing a petition for quashing of FIR on grounds of compromise.

The aforestated position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the complainant, who has endorsed the fact that the parties have indeed amicably resolved their issues.
