As per allegations two accused petitioners alongwith three other co-accused gave merciless beating to injured complainant Satbir Singh resulting into inter alia fracture of rib and perforation of his lungs which injury has been opined to be dangerous to life. It was contended that complainant and accused party are neighbors and a sudden quarrel had occurred while being part of a Barat party. CRM-M 4176/2016 settlement, as per written compromise dated 13.12.2015(P-2). Vide order dated 5.2.2016 notice of motion was issued for today,interim protection was granted and petitioners were directed to join investigation as and when called.
At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have joined investigation,which fact is neither refuted by the learned State counsel nor by the counsel for complainant.
In view of the above, interim bail granted vide order dated 5.2.2016 is made absolute.
