(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner Krishan Kumar @ Tinka in a case arising from FIR No.5 dated 29.06.2018 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Verka, District Amritsar. According to the prosecution, 956 intoxicating tablets were recovered from the petitioner without any license or permit. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FSL report has not yet been received. Therefore, it cannot be said at this stage that alleged recovered article was a narcotic substance. Petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2018. In view of above, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted interim bail subject RAVINDER SINGH 2018.09.27 18:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document to furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of `2.00 lakh each, to
