Learned counsel states that the matter was committed to the Sessions Judge after full fledged trial and prays that he would not press this petition and would take all the pleas at the appropriate stage but a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

I am sure that trial Court would consider this fact that this would be almost a second trial and would ensure that the trial is concluded expeditiously.

Petition stands disposed of.
